Nouri Kin – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the Nouri Kin program, website, application process, and digital portal (collectively, the “Program”). By applying to, purchasing, or participating in Nouri Kin, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not apply, purchase, or participate.

1. Program Nature & Scope

Nouri Kin is a commitment-based, non-medical lifestyle program designed to support discipline, consistency, and nourishment practices over a defined 90-day period.

Nouri Kin is not:

  • A medical program
  • A therapeutic or mental health service
  • A diet, weight-loss guarantee, or treatment plan
  • A coaching or counseling service

Participation is voluntary and based solely on personal responsibility and commitment.

2. No Medical or Professional Advice

The Program does not provide medical, nutritional, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Nothing within the Program should be interpreted as diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any medical condition.

You are solely responsible for consulting a licensed healthcare professional before making changes to diet, stimulant use (including caffeine), or lifestyle habits.

Participation is at your own risk.

3. Eligibility & Application

Participation in Nouri Kin requires submission of an application and acceptance by Nouri Kin.

Nouri Kin reserves the right to:

  • Accept or reject applications at its sole discretion
  • Revoke access if participation is found to be in bad faith, abusive, or misaligned with program standards

Acceptance into the Program does not constitute a guarantee of results.

4. Commitment-Based Structure

Nouri Kin is intentionally designed as a non-negotiable, commitment-based program.

During the 90-day period, participants are expected to:

  • Follow the established nourishment and discipline framework
  • Adhere to all stated rules and standards
  • Accept temporary removal of certain habits (including but not limited to stimulants such as caffeine)
  • Participate without exceptions, substitutions, or reset days

Details of the framework are provided only after acceptance.

5. No Refund Policy (Final Sale)

All purchases of the Nouri Kin Program are final.

Once payment is made and access is granted:

  • No refunds will be issued
  • No partial refunds, credits, or transfers are permitted

This policy exists to protect the integrity of the commitment-based nature of the Program.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you are fully prepared to commit and that hesitation or non-completion does not constitute grounds for refund.

6. Access & Program Delivery

The Program is delivered digitally through a secure portal with time-based access.

Access:

  • Is personal and non-transferable
  • May be revoked for violation of these Terms
  • Does not guarantee continued access beyond the defined program period

Nouri Kin reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue content as necessary.

7. Participant Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • Results vary by individual
  • No outcomes are guaranteed
  • Success depends on personal adherence and effort

You assume full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and outcomes before, during, and after participation.

8. Termination

Nouri Kin reserves the right to terminate access without refund if a participant:

  • Violates program rules or standards
  • Acts in bad faith
  • Engages in abusive, disruptive, or fraudulent behavior
  • Attempts chargebacks or payment disputes in violation of these Terms

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nouri Kin and its owners, operators, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

Participation is undertaken entirely at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All Program materials, content, language, frameworks, and branding are the intellectual property of Nouri Kin.

No content may be copied, shared, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
